Not surprisingly, New York Jets coach Rex Ryan made the biggest initial splash to stir up the war of words in advance of Week’s 16 all-New York NFL battle, saying his team was better than the New York Giants. With 3:10 remaining, Giants quarterback Eli Manning hit Victor Cruz on a first down completion for 19 yards to the Arizona 29-yard line.
