We On Fire” is a single from Hot Boys’ album Get It How U Live!, (1997)  The songs are in the form of continued questions starting with “What kind of nigga…”. In the original song on Get It How U Live, Juvenile asks the first question, Lil Wayne the second, and Turk the third, and the same order continues. “Liquid Swords” The second single released for the album, released over one year later on October 10, 1995. GZA later commented “Usually I take a beat home and write to it for a few days, but it wasn’t like that with this track. I think RZA played the beat for me and I just spit to it right there. The hook was actually a routine from around ‘84 that me RZA and Ol’ Dirty would do: ‘When the emcees came, to live out the name.’ Just like that. (Classic Video) Bone Thugs N Harmony ”Thuggish Ruggish Bone”

Thuggish Ruggish Bone” is the debut single of the rap group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, from their debut EP Creepin on ah Come Up. The song reached #22 on theBillboard Hot 100. The song was included in the soundtrack of the video game True Crime: Streets of LA. The music video was shot near the Cuyahoga River on Cleveland’s westside, near from the Lakeview Estates public housing units. (Classic Video) Outkast F/ Slick Rick ”Da Art Of StoryTellin Pt.1”

Da Art of Storytellin’ (Pt. 1)” is the third and final single to be released from hip-hop duo OutKast’s third studio album, Aquemini. It was released as a single in 1999, but failed to chart on the Billboard Hot 100, although it managed to peak at #67 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. Only the single version of the song features Slick Rick, with his verse completely cut from the album version. This song is not to be confused with Slick Rick’s album, The Art of Storytelling. (Classic Video) The L.O.X ”Money, Power, Respect” F/ Dmx & LiL Kim

Money, Power & Respect” was the second single released from the The LOX’s debut album, Money, Power & Respect. The song was produced by Hitmen members D-Dot and Amen-Ra and featured DMX, who contributed the song’s fourth verse, and Lil’ Kim, who performed the chorus. Released as the follow-up to their debut single, “If You Think I’m Jiggy”, which peaked at No. 30 on the Billboard Hot 100, “Money, Power & Respect” was an even bigger success, reaching 18 on the Hot 100 and topping the Hot Rap Singles chart at No. 1. To date, the song remains the group’s most successful single and was certified gold by the RIAA for sales of 500,000 copies on April 28, 1998.
