Aaron Hernandez’s legal troubles are far from over. Not only was he found guilty of first degree murder in the death of Odin Lloyd, he also has a double murder trial coming up and now Lloyd’s mother is considering filing a wrongful death lawsuit against him.

You have to wonder how mentally stable Aaron Hernandez really is. The word “sociopath” has been getting thrown around quite a bit and that may very well be true, especially considering the stories and evidence we are going to hear in his double murder trial that is set to start next month. In case you have been under a rock, Hernandez is accused of killing two men by shooting into their car after a dispute at a club in the Boston area in 2012. Before leaving the Bristol County jail where he had been held during his trial, he actually told the guards he will miss them and reminded them again the jury got it wrong.

Apparently prison officials believe Aaron Hernandez is currently a threat to himself and have placed him on suicide watch at MCI Cedar Junction in Massachusetts where he will stay until he is transferred to his permanent prison. Earlier this week as you know, Hernandez was found guilty on all counts in the death of Odin Lloyd, including 1st degree murder which comes with a life sentence with no parole. Someone who has fallen so far is more likely to contemplate taking their own life rather than facing it in prison but officials are on top of it with Hernandez.

Aaron Hernandez was found guilty of first degree murder in the shooting death of Odin Lloyd. The verdict resulted in a mandatory life sentence without the possibility of parole. While we wait to see if Hernandez will begin a long and exhaustive appeal process, he also facing another trial for the murders of Daniel Abreu and Safrio Furtado. Even if Hernandez successfully appeals the verdict in the Lloyd case due to tons of circumstantial evidence, the double murder trial has way more evidence and eye witnesses.

Do you have $500 hanging around right now that you really don’t need? I doubt it, but if you did you could own the jailhouse ID card belonging to Aaron Hernandez. No clue how his ID card even hit the market, let alone got out of the prison but it is currently up for grabs. I actually won’t be surprised to see the bids wind up much higher.
