Last night while scrolling through my Instagram timeline, I noticed that Drake was on “American Idol.” Since I don’t watch the show, I figured he was a guest mentor or performing but it turns out he was surprising a finalist which is so dope! Two nights ago, Candice Glover, performed her rendition of Drake’s hit “Find Your Love” and Drizzy came through to surprise her and tell her how much he loved it! Watch his appearance below.
Jennifer Lopez Coming Back To American Idol…And Guess Who She May Replace!
Jennifer Lopez may be returning to American Idol…but at the expense of Mariah Carey! And word is, this isn’t even for next season…they’re trying to do it right now! Last week’s ratings were the worst for AI since it debuted in 2002, and execs are hoping to bring J Lo back full time when she debuts her single on the show on May 16th. No deal has been made just yet, but we’ll keep you updated!

Everyone at this point knows about the beef between Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey and some of the crazy criticism she gives to the contestants may just end this season. A source close to the show has revealed “The chances of Nicki returning to the show next season are slim to none, she is such a major headache with her behavior and it’s really taxing on many people with the crew.
