Kara DioGuardi will soon welcome the arrival of her first child.The former “American Idol” judge revealed to People magazine that she and husband Mike McCuddy are expecting the arrival of their baby boy via gestational surrogate in the coming weeks.“We are eagerly awaiting the healthy and happy birth of our son Greyson James Carroll McCuddy,” DioGuardi, 42, told the magazine. TMZ bumped into executive producer of the show, Nigel Lythgoe, and he thinks someone else leaving could be the end of the show could be the real difference. But who?
