Kid Cudi had been battling his daughter’s mother in court for full custody, but it looks like it’s a battle he just can’t win. They’d been going at it for well over a year, with Cud even buying a crib in Chicago just to be closer to both his daughter and her mom. He claims he’s been giving lots of money for his little one, but the BM has countered that, saying he’s full of it and provided “sporadic and inconsistent amounts” of support, on top of the fact he was never around, “has violent tendencies and a long history of consistent drug and alcohol abuse.” Sheesh. In the end, Cudi didn’t get his way, and allowed his ex to take full custody, will him getting visitation rights and having to pay child support. Perhaps it’s for the best? Marisa Mendez

Beyonce posted a series of new pics on her Tumblr last night, from food photos, to some fashion flicks and some we showed you, like her bikini pic. Another one she posted was her cutting a cake and upon a closer look, it turns out to be from her hubby and their daughter! Now I’m pretty sure that Jay didn’t actually make it (as they have tons of assistants, chefs, etc to do so), but there’s always a possibility he did! You never know with these two! Bronx Dad Drowns Son, Feeds Daughter Rat Poison
Wednesday, Leonardo Espinal Drowned his 5 year old son and fed his 7 year old daughter rat poison after he called the mother of the two children threatening to kill himself. I smell a lawsuit! These reality shows are getting out of hand, and girls are doing any and everything to get their 15 seconds of shine as the star of the show. Big Rich Atlanta is yet another reality series being filmed right now, and though I don’t have much information on it, I’m assuming the name tells most of what you need to do. With castmembers like the stepdaughter of Q Parker (of 112) and model Ashley Wilson Hawn, it appears that it’s about socialites on the ATL scene. While filming a segment recently, the two ladies got into it so badly, Ashley decided to quit the show. Apparently, the girls weren’t seeing eye to eye for a minute, but producers wanted to put them together anyway. The scene was for Ashley’s birthday party at a club, and Ash wanted nothing to do with Khadijah Rowe’s presence. “She’s going to end up hurting me very, very badly,” Ashely had told producers beforehand, but they’d promised she’d be just fine. Senator, Marco Rubio’s 12-year-old daughter has been involved in a car accident in Miami. She was airlifted to get treated at a local hospital , while her father was campaigning with Mitt Romney.
