Lil Wayne Issues Apology For Emmit Till Lyic

Lil Wayne’s lyrics on Future’s track “Karate Chop” have caused quite the controversy, after the rapper promised to “beat that p#ssy up like, Emmett Till”. The Till family came out recently so outraged over the lyric, that they actually wanted Mountain Dew to drop Wayne as an endorser. In light of the drama, Tune has issued a full apology to the family. The Family Of Emmett Till Has Something That They Would Like Lil Wayne To Know

Forgive, but never forget is what I say. After suffering multiple seizures, Lil Wayne was sent to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A., where he sat in ICU for about a week. He has now been released and even after the controversy he created with the lyric from Future’s “Karate Chop,” the family of Emmett Till still holds no grudges. Epic Records Released An Apology For Lil Wayne’s Emmett Till Lyric

Yesterday we published the audio of Emmett Till’s Estate talking about the influence of rap music and a certain lyric made by Lil Wayne on Future’s single, “Karate Chop.” Well, apologies are being issued today. Epic Records is saying that the tracked was leaked (SURE) out and now, they are taking the necessary steps to edit the song for re-release. L.A.
