Carlos Tavarez rented a car from Budget Rental and after releasing he left 250 packets of heroin he called the lost and found department to say he left “Children Medicine” in the vehicle. Just when concert goers and press thought they’d make it out of the Northeast right in the nick of time for SXSW, they got hit where it hurts–flight delays.
