Last Night FILA hosted their launch of Grant Hill‘s first signature sneaker in NYC. The FILA 95 launched had legendary DJ Clark Kent, on the set and FILA had a beautiful display of FILA ’95 product all over the venue. FILA reminded the attendee’s with the 1995 poster of the NBA Rookie of the Year award and other vintage images and video. THe Fall line will include footwear and active wear. The Nike Flyknit continues to dominate shelves with their latest release the Nike Flyknit Racer – Turquoise/Obsidian the shoe gives you that new look for the fall the shoe features a bright turquoise hue. The shoe colorway also features an Obsidian contrast throughout the upper, with white Swoosh logos to match the white/black Zoom Air-equipped sole sitting below. The Puma Trinomic XT2 Plus is here with a refreshing look in a silver and green colorway. The shoe is Suede and mesh and paired in plastic pieces producing a lightweight, upper that is very comfortable. Kicks: WHICH Former NBA Player Is Going To Relaunch His Footwear Line?
Former NBA player, Stephon Marbury, is relaunching his footwear line. Marbury originally released his kicks back in 2006. Aimed at being a comfortable, but durable basketball shoe, at a low price point. The original price was – only $15. Stephon now plays ball for the Beijing Ducks of the Chinese Basketball Association and obviously that was inspired him to keep his kicks in the game as well. Images have released of a whole new collection of “Starbury” kicks. They are not actual pictures and no release date has been set, but this will sure get people talking. Kicks: Check Out These Sick Nike Lunar Flyknit Chukka Miami Hurricane Inspired
The newest Nike Lunar Flyknit Chukka is inspired by the Miami Hurricanes and are set to release this fall. The shoe is contrasted with a sequoia green that covers the Flyknit upper on the chukka with orange laces that bring out the look of the Miami Hurricane inspired shoe hopefully more visuals will be released of the shoe soon. Fashion: Maison Martin Margiela x Converse Announces Second Collaboration
Maison Martin Margiela and Converse announced another collaboration following the great success of last year’s line with H&M, this edition will also be very limited. The announcement was given via email with a “save the date” inform for September 11, 7-10 p.m in New York City.
