NFL Rumors: Mario Manningham Unlikely to Return to the New York Giants

NBA: Knicks & Clippers Going After J.R. Smith — Eligible To Return To The NBA on Wednesday

Posted by Sabrina B. @gametimegirl The New York Knicks appear as the leaders to acquire free agent J.R. Smith when he can sign a new NBA contract on Wednesday (Feb. 15). This may seem like an odd move by the Knicks, especially with the emergence of point guard Jeremy Lin, but apparently the thought is that a team can never have too many assets off the bench.

NBA: Chauncey Billups is Trying to Recruit Kenyon Martin to Play With the Clippers

It was reported earlier that five teams are interested in acquiring free agent Kenyon Martin.  One of the five teams is the Los Angeles Clippers.  As if they weren’t stocked enough the Clippers are interested in adding the tumultuous forward.  He’s even being recruited by veteran guard and former teammate Chauncey Billups.  Read more after the jump. @Shay_Marie x @gametimegirl

NBA: Gilbert Arenas Has Four-Team Wish List

NBA: Nick Young Reportedly Seeking a $9M/Year Contract

The Wizards will open the preseason with Jordan Crawford as the starting shooting guard and with Nick Young still in Los Angeles waiting for an offer that he deems fit to sign.
