Before Pharrell set off the stage alongside Nile Rodgers at the 2014 BRIT Awards, he took some time to discuss the meaning and influence behind his upcoming album ‘G I R L’. The creative genius states that women have been so good to him, and are a core influence, he is paying homage to femininity with the title and focus behind ‘G I R L’. Sometimes it only takes one lucky fan to get an artist to drop the dime. Pharrell revealed to a fan the news of his up-coming album, G I R L via twitter. The 10-track album is up for pre-order grabs and features the song that will have you beaming with emotion, “Happy.” Features haven’t been detailed as of yet, but we’ll keep a look-out – fans’ twitters and all.
