A bus surveillance footage shows a passenger opening fire on another man in Grand Rapids, Michigan on New Year’s Eve. The shooting occurred at 8:30 p.m. at the South Division Ave. and Delaware Street stop. Police do not know the motive for the shooting nor have they arrested the gunman.
