Yesterday Floyd Mayweather dropped a huge bomb when he reportedly texted Stephen A. Smith and confirmed he would give Manny Pacquiao a rematch after his shoulder healed.  Later on however, Mayweather took to his Instagram account and threw shots at Pacquaio for his injured shoulder “excuse”.
