A Drake & Gucci Mane Project Is “Definitely Happening” According To Zaytoven

Some big news just came down via an interview Piegeons & Planes did with longtime producer of Gucci Mane & Future Zaytoven. In the interview he states that Drake & Gucci have a “small EP” on the way and that it’s “definitely” happening. Check what he told the magazine site below. Via Pigeons & Planes “It’s in the works right now. When Drake came over to the house to shoot a video, him and Gucci got to talking about making something. It will be a small EP. I think it might be called 6’ers, you know, because Gucci is from Zone 6 and Drake is from Toronto, the 6. It’s definitely happening.” Stay tuned for updates as they become available and be sure to cop Gucci’s album “Everybody Lookin” tonight! Ryan Flannery (Twitter:@Flannery15)

(Video) Coming Soon: Cam’Ron Joint EP With A-Trak On Fools Gold Records!

Everyone knows how much of a Dip Set FANATIC I am, having enjoyed the “Golden Era” of the Harlem crew back in the early 00’s. Dip Set Vol. 2 was the first mixtape I EVER bought! That being said, I am NEXT LEVEL thrilled at today’s announcement: Killa and A-Trak are teaming up for a joint EP on A-Trak’s Fools Gold Records imprint! After revealing the news via a teaser vid on Instagram just a little while ago, the DJ/producer took to Twitter to add that they have a star-studded production lineup, with Just Blaze chiming in to reveal his contribution as well (tweets in the gallery.) Can’t wait to hear more from this!

Mac Miller Reveals Joint ‘Pink Slime’ EP With Pharrell Dropping In 2014

Mac Miller announced in 2012 that he’d be doing a joint EP called ‘Pink Slime’ with Pharrell, but as 2013 comes to a close, we still don’t have it. Don’t worry, though! It’s still in the works! “We actually just talked a couple days ago,” Mac told Rolling Stone about the EP. “I’m going to go see him [in Miami] and we’re going to finish it and put it out. Because the shit’s ill and people want it. We both had pretty wild years. We gotta do it!” Mac said we should expect the project by the end of 2014!

Curren$y, Harry Fraud & Smoke DZA Announce Joint EP

Curren$y and Smoke DZA took to Twitter over the weekend and revealed they have a collaborative EP on the way, set to be entirely produced by Harry Fraud. Unlike Wale and Meek Mill’s recent “announcement,” this one’s actually for real. “The Stage” is set to include four songs, and should be good, as Spitta, Fraud and DZA have all collaborated numerous times in the past. IFWT will keep you updated on a release date!
