The Grand Jury acquitted the three-time champ of all charges, declaring him Not Guilty. Tony Stewart spoke publicly today for the first time since he accidentally killed 20 year old Kevin Ward during a dirt track race in upstate New York. Stewart has remained very low key since the accident, including skipping two of his own NASCAR races. He still sounds very shaken up about it and likely will be for a while. Hit the jump.

This seems to be disturbing, an accident occurred at Canandaigua Motorsports Park in the Finger Lakes region between Tony Stewart and Kevin Ward, when Ward proceeded to get out of his car and walk into the middle of the track to yell at Tony, witness report Tony proceeded to gun his engine as he passed Ward, causing the car tp fish tale and knock Ward about 25ft, leaving him motionless on the side of the track.
