Kendrick briefly spoke on his, “Control” verse with LA’s Power 106, but today he calls in to Hot 97. After making a BIG deal in the hip-hop industry, he kept things on the low, but now, we’re hearing what he has to say. “It’s rap…the whole point of the culture is to elevate the culture,” is what Kendrick had to say. Lola Monroe, the female artist associated with Wiz Khalifa and Taylor Gang, who is expecting a child with Bad Boy rapper King Los, has revealed the cover art for her upcoming mix tape Lipstick and Pistols which is hosted by DJ Ill Will. Out in L.A. over the weekend, French Montana gathered his Bad Boy family for the official video to his mixtape cut, “Ocho Cinco.” It seems like an odd move considering he’s gearing up for his debut album in April, but perhaps this track will find a home on there as well. Karen Civil brings us on the set below.

If you follow French Montana, MGK, or any of the Bad Boy family on Instagram, you noticed that they have begun shooting visuals for “Ocho Cinco.” The Bad Boys already released a video but it was an in studio video and not an official production, so now we’ll be getting the official video treatment. Perhaps we’ll get an appearance by Ocho Cinco himself? We’ll have to wait and see, but we did learn that Diddy travels with a ton on sunglasses via MGK’s captions. Check out the pics in the gallery.
