HBO is in serious legal trouble following the cover-up of deaths of horses and other cruelty to animals charges on the set of their now cancelled serious, “Luck.” “Luck” was a racing drama that was cancelled back in March. Now Barbara Casey, who was director of production in the American Humane Association’s film and television unit, is suing HBO for wrongful termination as well as abuse to animals.
