It was the beef heard ’round the world last June, when Nicki Minaj’s appearance at Summer Jam 2012 was over before it even started, after she took offense to a comment about her single “Starships” made by morning show host, Peter Rosenberg. Nicki hasn’t been on good terms since with Hot 97…the station that she grew up listening to…but today, they finally put the water under the bridge. After Hot 97 PD/morning show co-host Ebro got word that Nicki was in town, he sent out the bat signal (aka, tweeted her) and told her to come through the show. Nick decided to take him up on his offer, and this morning, came face-to-face with Rosenberg for the first time since the beef started. Amanda Bynes is not only on the verge of being completely OUT OF HER MIND, but she also seems to be a tad bit addicted to her Twitter Page. Either that, or she just misses being on “All That” and uses Twitter as a way to offer comedic relief for the world since she no longer has a show to appear on. However, she clearly isn’t letting her recent run-ins with the law (and the paparazzi) hold her back from tweeting her life away. Aside from her mug shut (where she seems to have shaved her hair off,) Bynes has been entertaining us in a sick way with her outrageous wigs. As soon as the second single from Ciara’s upcoming album dropped fans immediately went to work trying to figure out just who some of the track’s disses were aimed at. Two lines in particular, spit by featured rapper Nicki Minaj, caught listener’s attention in the song, “I’m Out.” “Ayo Ci Ci, let me show you how to do a singing b**** greasy!” “You gon play me, on Instagram tryna shade me?” The assumption was that Nicki was taking up for her girl Ciara and defending her against the cattiness that’s been thrown her way by Rihanna. Remember when “Body Party” first came out and Ri Ri and her BFF Melissa through all types of shade on Instagram and Twitter? Nicki’s lines seemed like the perfect retort to all that nonsense, but when BET put that assumption out there as fact on Twitter, Nicki came straight for their Twitter handlers’ head. Nicki Minaj has lent her voice to a major film in the past (Ice Age), but never has she had an actual acting role in a major film…until now! The HB began filming her part in “The Other Woman” in NYC yesterday, a movie that stars big-name actresses Leslie Mann and Cameron Diaz.
