Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was arrested for assault last month following a fight with his brother (such a great family dynamic!), and this morning, appeared in an NJ court room to be sentenced. The Jersey Shore star will be required to undergo 12 weeks of anger management as part of a plea deal, and if he completes the program to the judge’s satisfaction, the assault charge will be reduced to the petty crime of disorderly conduct.
About Time! Justin Bieber Cops Plea Deal To Put Miami DUI Case To Rest
Justin Bieber got busted in Miami a few months back in January for driving under the influence, driving without a valid license and resisting arrest and this case seems to be never-ending. However, turns out JB wasn’t drunk at all and he wasn’t even drag racing (although he did test positive for marijuana.) The Biebz finally opted to take a plea deal and plead guilty to resisting arrest. By doing this, the other two charges will get dropped, he’ll pay some fines, complete an anger management class and be able to go on his merry way. Must be nice being rich and famous, eh?

Justin Bieber might be the luckiest bad-boy celebrity in the world because he always seems to get out of all the dumb sh*t he gets himself involved in. In the latest troubled Bieber saga, the pop-star is in the process of getting a plea deal for his recent Miami DUI case. According to sources, the prosecutors are being very lenient on the Biebz for his DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a license charges. His lawyer is working on a deal that would drop all three charges, allowing JB to plead no contest to reckless driving. It also appears that the judge plans to not persue the random drug tests for Bieber, which will ultimately save his a*s (judging off his recent behavior.) However, he’ll be placed on probation for about one year, from the looks of it. LUCKY DUDE!
Amanda Bynes Cops Plea Deal In DUI Case
Doing much better after her extended stay in a mental health center for bi-polar disorder, amongst other issues, Amanda Bynes has even more good things going for her. Amanda’s lawyer was in court this morning and accepted a plea of “wet reckless” for her April 2012 incident, a drinking-related offense that does not have the serious consequences of DUI. Under the terms of the deal, Amanda will be placed on 3 years probation, must attend a 3-month alcohol education course, and pay various fines.
