Charmers was a reggae singer/producer who released his first two solo albums, “Reggae Charm” and “Reggae is Tight” in 1970. The singer, keyboard player and record producer died in London on Dec. 27, after suffering a heart attack behind the wheel of his car. He was 74.According to the Jamaica Observer, Charmers was taken to Homerton Hospital in Hackney, east London, but was pronounced dead upon arrival. Russ B

I remember when Just Blaze did that Joe Budden track. It’s been a while, but the hip-hop producer is preparing to tour with Electronic Dance Music producer, Baauer. The two are combining the different genres (Electronic and Rap) for the “Big League Tour.” I can’t wait to see what is going to happen at this show. Touring begins January 25th. Juelz Santana has been promising new music for a long time now, but nothing has ever really come out of it. He hasn’t put out an album since 2005’s What The Game’s Been Missing!, nor a solo mixtape since 2006. He’d been promoting The Reagan Era mixtape for years, but now he’s scrapped that idea and changed the title to God Will’n…and it looks like it’s giving him the boost that he needed. Not only did he finally put out a song yesterday (“Bodies” featuring GBE’s Lil Reese,) but last night, he hit the studio in Miami with someone known for more than a few hits…DJ Khaled! Producer Of Film Takes Out Incarceration Insurance For Lindsay Lohan!
Many of us probably didn’t know this existed ,but incarceration insurance exists in Hollywood. In fact the producer of the film “Liz & Dick” had to take out this form of insurance on a well known Hollywood rebel- Lindsay Lohan! She played Elizabeth Taylor in the film.
