NFL: Check Out Where Michael Vick Might Land Next Season
The Philadelphia Eagles are having a rough season as they’re currently 3-9 and sitting on the bottom of the NFC East. It’s no secret that they’ll be cleaning house at the end of the season as they’ve already started by firing defensive coordinator Juan Castillo and defensive line coach Jim Washburn. Rumored to get the boot as well is head coach Andy Reid and quarterback Michael Vick due to his low production and high $100 million contract. One of the big questions is where Vick will end up. NFL: If Tebow is Medically Cleared Coach Rex Ryan Says He’ll Activate All 3 Quarterbacks
As if the two quarterback system wasn’t failing miserably enough, the Jets are considering having all three quarterbacks activated. Tim Tebow is recovering from two broken ribs and has practiced quite a bit in preparation for his homecoming as the Jets are set to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars tomorrow afternoon. NFL: Cowboys Still Want To Keep Tony Romo as Their Quarterback For the Rest of His Career
A week into the season there were reports the Cowboys had approached quarterback Tony Romo about a new contract though nothing immediately came of it. In 2007, Romo signed a six-year, $67 million deal and is set to make $9 million in 2012 and $11.5 million in 2013. Despite Dallas’ uneven start — they’re 3-4 so far — Romo, who has 15 turnovers (including a league-high 13 interceptions), remains in the organization’s long-term plans. Read more after the jump.
