A lot of people have been through it, you’re standing outside police stop you for no apparent reason. Then they take your ID and give you a ticket for doing NOTHING. Well this NYPD officer is involved in a corruption scandal and testified it was common practice to fabricate drug charges against innocent people to meet arrest quotas.
