(Photos) How I’m Livin’: Melissa Joan Hart Cops $1 Million California Crib

My absolute fave, Melissa Joan Hart, just purchased a new single-family home in Studio City, CA for $949k that she will share with her hubby and their three sons. This adds to her ‘collection’ of property that also includes a vacation home in Lake Tahoe and their main home in Westport, CT. The new Cali location is so that MJH and her family (who she’s always upset to leave when she has to go film ‘Melissa & Joey’ for extended periods of time) can be together in a convenient location while she’s filming the ABC show. The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is literally down the street from CBS Studios, and rests over 2,364 square-feet with a large den, high ceilings, a large front yard and more, in “one of the most desired neighborhoods in the Valley.” In related news, MJH recently signed on to represent Nutrisystem, and has had an AMAZING weight loss with the program. The ads begin airing April 21st, but you can see her progress (along with pics of her new home) in the gallery. Go girl!

(Photos) Ha! Diddy’s Eyeing THIS Crazy Beverly Hills Mansion – But Under One Major [Diddy-Like] Condition…

Diddy may be purchasing a new mansion in Beverly Hills – a $12 million spot in the city’s gated Beverly Ridge area. It’s gorgeous and sits comfortably on 11,200 sq. ft., custom built to Keyshawn Johnson’s taste in 2003, and strongly considered by Kim Kardashian and Kanye West before they settled on a nearby $11 million Bel Air mansion. Almost seems like a no-brainer, but there’s ONE thing that Diddy’s needs to know before he can commit – HOW HARD CAN HE RAGE?! The music mogul has asked the local homeowners’ association about its party policies, and won’t make an offer if he finds that they’re strict about parties. Word is,t though, the Homeowner’s Assosciation is pretty flexible because lots of famous residents are known for their huge ragers. Seems like Puff could be making an offer soon, then!

(Photos) NBA: Michael Jordan Auctioning His Mansion Equipped With Basketball Court & More

Michael Jordan was unable to find a buyer for his massive 56,000 sq. ft. mansion so he put it up for auction.  The estate is located in Highland Park on Lake Michigan and was listed for $29 million; with no minimum reserve on the selling price someone could get quite a steal at the auction.

(Photos) NBA: Kevin Garnett Selling 5 Bedroom Mansion For $4.8 Million

Kevin Garnett is cutting all ties to New England. The current Net and former Celtic has listed his Concord, Mass., mansion at the sum of just under $5 million. The home has five bedrooms and sits on more than 12 acres of land. It comes with five full and two half baths — not to mention a home gym, a media room, a wine cellar and spectacular views of a large pond right in the home’s backyard.  Check it out after the jump.

(Photos) How I’m Livin: Adam Carolla Cops $2.9 Million L.A. Pad

Adam Carolla is laughing all the way to the bank. The comedian just purchased a beautiful $2.96 million home in the La Cañada-Flintridge area of L.A., with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The 3,992 square foot home is designed in the 1920s Hacienda-style, and features a detached garage that holds up to 3 cars, a basketball court, a salt water swimming pool with an elevated spa and more! Check out some pics in the gallery.

(Photos) Gianni Versace’s Miami Mansion SOLD For How Much?

The Miami property, where the late designer was murdered back in 1997, was just sold at an auction this week! Joe Nakash, whose family owns the Jordache brand, bought Versace’s home for a cool $41.5 million! What a bargain, considering it was originally priced at $125 million a year ago.
