“Entourage” actress Alexis Dziena has been acting out to the point her boyfriend is scared for his life (literally.) According to her bf Jeffrey Francis Ausley, Dziena has been threatening his life if he breaks up with her. The two had only been dating for a few months before he tried to end it but she was NOT having it. She reportedly through the only screaming fit and made crazy threats that consisted of hurting both him and herself. However, what pushed Ausley over the edge was when Dziena apparently showed up at his house with bags of clothes saying she’s moving in. She told him if he didn’t comply, she’d get him arrested because “she knew how to do that.” The court ruled that Dziena has to stay 100 yards away from her ex. Oh the irony that she happened to have played E’s psycho ex-girlfriend on “Entourage.” Looks like the role was perfect for her. Ha!

Whoa! A Judge Has Ordered Miley Cyrus’ Stalker To Three Years Of WHAT?!?!
Good news for Miley Cyrus. After an obsessed fan broke into her home, shortly before telling responding officers that he’d rather be shot than to live without her, a permanent restraining order has been granted by a judge. It states that for 3 years, Devon Meek — arrested on May 16th near her home — cannot be within 100 yards of Cyrus. More info after the jump.

Miley Cyrus obtained an emergency restraining order against one of her fans this week. Los Angeles judge granted Cyrus the protection order against Devon Meek who stated if he didn’t meet her, he would die.

Just a few weeks back, top model Eva Marcille filed a restraining order against her fiancé Kevin McCall after they had it out in their apartment and attempted to take their baby girl Marley right out of Eva’s hands. Eva recently made a statement, presented by her rep. Eva has obtained full custody of their child and McCall currently has no visitation rights. McCall posted to Instagram with a statement.. “Sometimes a man’s purpose in a woman’s life is to help her become a better woman…for another man.
