At this point everyone is starting to wonder if the Golden State Warriors have any competition at all.  We were all looking forward to the Warriors game against the Cleveland Cavaliers and they crushed them.  Anticipation for the Warriors game against the San Antonio Spurs was even higher as we all assumed it would be much more competitive; well wrong again!  The game was so bad the Warriors even had a 40 point lead.  A major question has been HOW do you stop Stephen Curry; well he even had a Defensive Player of the Year spinning in circles so good luck trying to figure that out.


NBA: LOL Gregg Popovich Says He Doesn’t Give a Damn About Coach of the Month Unless He Gets a Free Car

Gregg Popovich is not only the best coach in the league, he’s also one of the funniest, mostly because he says whatever is on his mind.  The San Antonio Spurs coach was named Coach of the Month along with Orlando Magic coach Scott Skiles for the month of December.  Not too many of us really care about these awards and apparently Popovich doesn’t either.

LaMarcus Aldridge was considered the most coveted free agent this offseason.  Request for his services were mainly between four teams, the San Antonio Spurs, the New York Knicks, the Los Angeles Lakers or returning to the Portland Trailblazers.  He had two meetings with the Lakers after numerous reports leaked about how bad the first one went, he never ended up meeting with the Knicks, and there were reports that there was an issue with him and Damian Lillard becoming the franchise player which is why he departed from Portland.  Well Aldridge is finally speaking out and explaining the truth in each situation.
