Woman Arrested For Stopping Traffic To Masturbate
A 35-year-old woman was arrested for stopping traffic for 30 minutes while she masturbated. The woman was fully exposed and beeping cars only encouraged her to keep going. Police Find 89 Bags Of Drugs Tied To Man’s Penis
While searching 23-year-old Ray Woods after a simple traffic stop, police officers found 89 bags of heroin and cocaine tied to his penis! I guess he was banking on the police just thinking his natural package was big to disguise the drugs he was attempting to sell.
