(Video) Angie Stone Confronts The Daughter She Attacked With The Help Of T.D. Jakes

Take me to church! In a test-run T.D. Jakes gets his Dr. Phil on with his new talk show, the “T.D. Jakes Show.” Last week, the well known church leader called on R&B singer Angie Stone and her daughter Diamond Stone in an effort to mend their “strained, awkward and confusing relationship,” as Diamond describes it. The mother and daughter relationship took a turn for the worse earlier this year; Angie and Diamond had a big blow-up that forced Angie to allegedly use a metal pipe to knock her daughter’s front teeth out, a stunt that landed her in prison for domestic aggravated assault of course. With Jakes as the mediator, the two discuss how and why their relationship has turned into a criminal case. Diamond spoke her truth back then, but she’s really bringing it out now. “It’s hard to speak to a person or convey how you feel to a person who is use to getting their way,” she says. With plenty of anger, tears and revelation, the two talk things out. Get the tissues ready.
