Doing his promo rounds for his sophomore album Kiss Land that dropped on Tuesday, The Weeknd stopped off at Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night spot yesterday and performed a live version of his new single, “Pretty.” Check out the performance below.

Though there were rumors of a rift between Canadian crooners Drake and The Weeknd for a bit, it seems whatever it was has been patched up as both head into new-album-mode. “Live For” is a cut off The Weeknd’s new album Kiss Land that dropped yesterday, and Drizzy’s Nothing Was The Same will be in stores in 2 weeks.

The Weeknd Signs Worldwide Publishing Deal With SONGS Music Publishing
SONGS Music Publishing has announced a worldwide co-publishing agreement with singer The Weeknd, just days before the release of his forthcoming sophomore effort, Kiss Land. The latter will be included in the deal, as well as his previous platinum selling album, Trilogy. “At SONGS we invest in people and we invest in music,” SONGS Founder and CEO, Matt Pincus, said in a statement. “On both counts we couldn’t have done better than Abel. He could have signed anywhere and it’s a tremendous honor that he has chosen to make his home at SONGS.”
