(Video) Here’s A First Look At Lifetime’s Toni Braxton Biopic ‘Unbreak My Heart’

The first trailer for Lifetime’s Toni Braxton biopic has been unveiled. The film, which is based on Braxton’s 2014 memoir, similarly titled, ‘Unbreak My Heart’ chronicles her life starting with her rise to fame, dealing with success and financial struggles, battling illness as well as her divorce and raising her son with Autism. Set for release January 23, the TV movie stars Lex Scott Davis as Toni Braxton. The film will be produced by Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds , while Braxton will executive produce as well as guest star. As we told you in a previous post, the highly anticipated new FX series American Crime Story will feature an episode called The People v. O.J. Simpson. This season of the series is based on the trial of O.J. Simpson in the death of his wife, Nicole Simpson, and a friend where he was eventually acquitted thanks in part to his lawyers Johnnie Cochran and Robert Kardashian.
