(Video) TDE Loses Lawsuit Over Kendrick Lamar Verse

In 2014, Jonathan Emile from Toronto, Canada reached out to K. Dot for a feature on a song and he got it. Kendrick liked the politically charged song so much he decided to hop on it for the relatively unknown artist…little did he know it would lead to a lawsuit.

For A Mere $500, Lupe Fiasco Will Rap A Personalized Verse About Whatever You Want Him To Discuss!

Well this is pretty cool! Taking quite an unconventional approach to self-promotion (as he has a new album, Tetsuo & Youth, on the way,) Lupe Fiasco is currently offering up personalized verses for whoever has $500 to spare. A feature from an artist of his caliber typically can run you anywhere from $20k to somewhere in the 6 figure range, so this is an EXTREMELY good deal! Struggle rappers – don’t get it confused, however. Lupe is sure to clarify that this is NOT a feature (which he apparently charges $50k for,) but simply a one-verse song made for only you. AKA, you can’t add a verse on the song and make it “featuring Lupe Fiasco.” Purchasers are required to pick the song up in-person, and pay the fee in cash while also signing a contract that outlines where, how and what you’ll be able to use the song for. Get the full 411 via Lupe’s tweets in the gallery. Will you be getting in on the offer?

(Photos) Salty Or Nah? Danny Brown Doesn’t Like That His Verse Was Cut From A$AP Mob’s “Hella Hoes”

A$AP Mob stopped by Hot 97 to drop off a banger – “Hella Hoes“. While the clique had the Internet going wild for the track, another artist was pondering their absence from it. Danny Brown took to twitter to express his disdain for the removal of his verse on the #IFWTExclusive saying that he took time out of his, “busy schedule to do a feature” and calling this, “rap shit fake anyway.” Talk about POd. Hit the jump for more of Danny’s feelings (because he is up in ’em), in the gallery.
