(Video) Young Thug Confirms His Engagement; Talks Rich Homie Quan & Lil Wayne

After letting his toes flourish while sitting courtside with his boo Jerrika Karlae at the Atlanta Hawks home opener earlier this week, Young Thug has confirmed that she is indeed his fiancée. Thugger first hinted at a proposal a couple weeks back with a photo of two diamond bands on Instagram, captioning it, “@missJerrikaKarlae WILL YOU ????” Jerrika soon after shared a photo of the pair kissing, both with the rings on their respective wedding fingers – but never actually saying if it was officially the real deal. While talking to AllHipHop at a Barter 6 event in ATL recently, Thugger confirmed that the pair are engaged, and also spoke on his longtime friend Rich Homie Quan leaving Rich Gang, as well as his “beef” with Lil Wayne. Though Young Thug touted the controversial Barter 6 as just a mixtape, it was still made for sale on iTunes like Drake’s If You’re Reading This, It’s Too Late – but unlike Drake, Thugger’s did not sell very well. After one week, Barter 6 debuts at a measly 26 on the Billboard 200, with just under 19,000 sold. In comparison, last week’s other semi-surprise release – Tyler, The Creator’s Cherry Bomb – sold 58k and debuted at number 4. Hopefully Thugger’s official debut fares a little better. Lil Wayne’s has to be frustrated with all the drama recently, from his label drama with Birdman and Cash Money to Young Thug releasing a sequel to an album he hasn’t even dropped yet. Through it all Tunechi has remained very vocal on how he feels, calling Young Thug out at various shows and this time is no different. Young Thug’s mixtape Barter 6 in currently available for download but according to Wayne it doesn’t even exist.

It seems that Rich Homie Quan is still butt-hurt over Young Thug’s negative comments about him. RHQ recently appeared on Highly Questionable with Dan Le Batard and Bomani Jones to discuss a bunch of things regarding his upbringing. He reveals his most difficult time coming up, his worst time in prison, how often he would rob houses and much, much more. Along with spilling the beans on his dark past, he also explained how he was “hurt” when Young Thug called him a b*tch.” Rule #1: If a grown man is calling another grown man a b*tch, TAKE THE L and never show that you’ve upset!
