I was using the thicker one in the beginning..and noticed that the first 2 to 3 thousand miles the 4 cylinder engine was a little sluggish..i have just about 80 on the 06 corolla..my last two oil changes i downgraded to 30 and the car runs great…i do a over kill with the quality filter. Agree Flex
