In a report by WSBTV, two men were shot last night outside of Diddy’s restaurant Justin’s on Peachtree Rd. in Atlanta. One victim, Lawrence Jackson, told police that he was listening to music in a black Chevrolet sport utility vehicle with two other men when the gunman approached. The assailant jumped into the car and yelled, “You know what time it is.” Jackson said he tried to push the gun and run away, when the man started shooting. Jackson, though hit, managed to run to his car and drive himself to Piedmont Hospital. The other victim was 41-year-old Leroy Austin. It was unclear whether he was with Jackson, but he was shot five times. They are both in stable condition. No arrests have been made so far in the shooting.
