This gives us all hope!! LOL!! Duchess of Alba is a Spanish aristocrat and come fall, she’ll be getting married to 61-year-old “commoner” Alfonso Diez, which will make him the Duke of Alba. So cute!! Details after the jump.
Previously, the Duchess was married to Luis Martinez de Irujo, whom she lost in 1972. Following that, she was romantically linked to a variety of “matadors and flamenco dancers,” until she married ex-priest Jesus Aguirre in the ’70s.
Unfortunately, the Duchess’ children are NOT crazy about their mother’s soon-to-be hubby. Here’s what she had to say about their disapproval:
“The tough part was that my children didn’t understand and they got quite angry with me.”
