@WiL
The city announced that due to security and space issues, there’s no room for the first responders. Instead, they’ll be invited to a private ceremony on a different date
Retired NYPD officer Anthony Flammia discussed the snub with Gretchen Carlson, saying, “I’m disgusted.†He believes it is a total disrespect to the responders.
Flammia had to retire from the force due to illnesses suffered as a result of being on scene at ground zero.
WHAT!? This is a joke, they should be the first people on the list. This shit makes me sick to live in this shitty ass country anymore. I grew up hearing how great this country use to be from my Grandparents when they were growing up. What stories am i going to tell my Grandchildren?? SMH
Totally agree
This is so ridiculous. How in the world can they not invite them. They said they want to focus on te family of the lost ones….. well, many from thier family were also lost on that day and they helped save some who are still here.
