Yesterday Kim Kardashian became Mrs. Kim Humphries, Kim will be using Kardashian for business purposes but will use the name Humphries otherwise, and now we have an inside look at the wedding. A few pics, including a very blurry one of her dress and details such as who was in attendance, which singer sang to the couple, what the groom wore and how many dresses Kim had have emerged. The Six Foot Tall Wedding Cake
Guests included Ryan Seacrest, Lindsay Lohan, Eva Longoria, Venus and Serena Williams, Carmelo Anthony and La La, Avril Lavigne and Demi Lovato.
The bride wore an ivory custom-designed strapless Vera Wang gown with full tulle skirt, basque waist and hand-pieced Chantilly lace appliqué on the bodice and ‘epic’ train. She also wore her hair up and away from her face. Her veil included a jewelled headpiece with diamonds that ‘dripped on to Kim’s forehead,’ according E! Online and remained off her face for the walk down the aisle with step father Bruce Jenner.
Robin Thicke introduced “Mr and Mrs Humphries” and sang his song Angels for the couple’s first dance as husband and wife followed by then Let’s Stay Together.
According to wedding guests, Kris whispered to his groomsmen, included his new brothers-in-law Rob Kardashian and Lamar Odom, “I’m nervous” as he arrived at the alter, E! reports.
The order of service included an emotional tribute to Kris Humphries’ late grandparents and Kim’s late father Robert Kardashian. Kim wrote: ‘I so wish my dad could be here today to walk me down the aisle. But I know in a way he is here, and I feel his loving presence all around me. I love and miss you, dad.’-GG
Kim’s older sisters Kourtney and Khloe served as maids of honor, while younger sisters Kylie and Kendall were bridesmaids. The ring bearer was Kim’s nephew, Mason Disick, who carried wedding bands designed by Lorraine Schwartz, who also designed the 20.5-carat engagement ring.
Bruce Jenner walked Kim down the aisle.
Kris wore a tailor-made white tuxedo jacket with black pants and a white bow tie by Ermenegildo Zegna. He changed into a traditional black tux for the reception.
