50 Cent got into a bad car accident last night in Queens! 50 was driving on the Long Island Expressway and got hit by a MAC truck… 50’s SUV flipped a few times. 50 and the truck driver were immediately rushed to the hospital. Hit the jump to view a photo of 50 Cent injured on a stretcher. He has since been released. Glad to hear he’s ok!
