She’s not standing by her man.
Wanda Abreu — who was just indicted along with Bronx ticket-fix cop hubby José Ramos in an alleged murder-for-hire plot — refused to talk about her shamed spouse as she settled into her new digs at Rikers yesterday.
Asked by The Post whether she still loved Ramos — who allegedly had her withdraw his pension money to pay for the hit — Abreu only said, “I love my kids, and I miss them.”
The wife, who is being held on $100,000 cash bail, then smiled and added, “Talk to my lawyer.’’
Abreu and Ramos were charged with conspiracy to commit murder as prosecutors accused the pair of planning to have a key witness in the ticket-fixing case killed. Both pleaded not guilty.

Abreu’s lawyer, Sandra Marte, yesterday said her client “maintains her innocence.’’
“We’re still trying to figure it all out. There were many conclusions made by the district attorney versus reality and facts,” Marte said.
The lawyer, asked whether Abreu — who has a 14-year-old daughter by another man — would stick by her husband through the legal case, replied, “I cannot answer that.”
Ramos has been cooling his heels at Rikers since October, unable to post his $500,000 bail.
He was under investigation for suspected drug activity when he was caught on wiretaps talking about ticket fixing. The taps set off the sweeping ticket-fixing scandal that has since led to the arrest of 16 NYPD cops.
Rikers corrections officers said Abreu had faithfully shown up at the jail “once or twice a week” to visit Ramos before she herself landed behind bars.
The Bronx DA claims that Ramos and Abreu spent months concocting the plot to rub out a witness who was crucial to the ticket-fixing case.
But when it came time to pay for the hit, Abreu balked, fearing that she was under surveillance, prosecutors said.
Tom Kenniff, a lawyer for Harry Mingo, whom sources identified as the targeted witness, has said he only learned of the alleged threat when the indictment against the couple was handed down.
