Disney has debuted their first Hispanic Princess in their trailer for “Sofia: The First”. Although it is expected or assumed that the Hispanic community would appreciate finally having a place in Disney’s long line of princesses, they aren’t! Sofia, the princess has caused controversy, find out why.

The public is saying that her complexion and all around look does not qualify her to be a Hispanic princess. What do you think?
I assume it’s based on the queen of Spain (Reina Sofia) , which makes them look really ignorant since she is Greek….. as for complexion there are tons of white latinas, people are just stuck on one stereotypical image , b/c there are hispanics of every race
