The UN proposed a deal that would bring damaging laws and regulations to freedom of speech and expression. Well the proposal for all states to have equal rights to the governance of the Internet was refused by the US, the UK & Canada. All 3 mega countries stated they will not be any part of nor would they sign a treaty that would take internet freedoms and rights away.
