As sad as it might be, Flavor Flav’s big career in food services is coming to a gruesome end. Flav opened up a chain of Chicken shacks called Flavor Flav’s Chicken & Ribs. He had a total of three, but now only one is still standing in Sterling Heights, MI. According to TMZ, Flav is being accused of not paying rent (in full) for the restaurant since it opened in December of 2012. YIKES! Now Flav’s last chicken spot has been issued eviction papers. Hit the jump to hear the deets.

Flavor Flav’s Chicken & Ribs had so much potential, but unfortunately, the cliental just was not there. Flav originally opened one in Iowa, which went under in 2011, and the other one in Vegas, which closed down painfully in 2012. The last standing FFC&R in Michigan seems to have the same fate, sadly. According to court documents, Flavor Flav owes $25,000 for both missing rent, late fees, and property damages. The landlord informed Flav that his restaurant was in trouble in January, but nothing was done to fix the $$ issues. Now, Flav is arguing that he had no idea his restaurant was on the verge of closure, but he says he is going to look into it ASAP.
