In case the name “Jimmy the Gent” does not ring any bells, Robert Di Nero’s character in the mob classic “Good Fellas” was based off of his life. The infamous mobster’s real name is James Burke and the feds recently raided his old home in Queens in search of “human remains” and “other evidence.” Looks like the 1990 classic hit-movie was right on point. “Jimmy the Gent” was reported to be the mastermind behind the 1978 Lufthansa terminal heist that took place in Kennedy Airport. During the robbery, the criminals got away with more than $1 million dollars worth of jewels and $5 million in straight cash. According to sources, Burke has also been tied with murdering many men in regards to the robbery, just to make sure they didn’t snitch.

His house on 102nd Road in Ozone Park is currently under investigation by the FBI and NYPD detectives. The law officials said that they raided the house due to an “ongoing organized crime investigation.”
