What’s love got to do with it? Two men in separate occasions have been charged for assaulting the respective girlfriends. Despite assaulting their girlfriends, what really makes these acts of domestic violence stand out is the weapon used. Hit the jump to find out.

The two men, 25-year-old Cody Sebastian Parsons and 47-year-old Jimmy Ray Poage gave new meaning to the term “get sauced.” especially with their girlfriends. They are both charged: Parsons faces assault on a female, while Poage face domestic violence.

According to the police report, Parsons was extreme angry after slipping on a wet floor at the couple’s home. In exchange for his embarrassment, he cursed out his girlfriend as he began throwing pizza at her. Once questioned, he denied it, but police then reported finding slices of pizza all over the living room floor and sauce on his girlfriend’s back.

As for Poage his fit of rage occurred in the couple’s home. According their police report, The woman–who had pizza sauce on her face, arms, and clothing–also said that Poage grabbed her around the neck and slammed her into a kitchen counter.
