The Lions destroyed the Patriots 40-9 and held New England’s first-team offense to three points. Young was obviously proud of his efforts against Tom Brady, who went 16-of-24 for 185 yards, no touchdowns, and an interception.

In the second quarter, Young pressured Brady into an incompletion from the end zone and got flagged 15 yards for unsportsmanlike conduct after taunting the Pats QB. Yes, Young pushed Brady after the play, grabbed him by the jersey, and taunted him with a finger to the face.

Lions coach Jim Schwartz benched him for his antics, which was the third of five personal fouls the team committed in the game.
