Halloween’s here early? Rita Ora’s rather over-the-top make-up looked more suited to a Halloween outing than a casual dinner as she stepped out in London on Wednesday night. Ora was wearing bright red lipstick and dramatic blue eyeshadow as she headed out for a bite to eat at the Electric Cinema in Notting Hill.
