Amanda Bynes is coherent and accepting compliments from the paparazzi again. Thankfully she sounds a lot better than she has in more than a year. Bynes took her family dogs out for a walk with her parents today … after she was released from a Malibu rehab facility earlier this week. She’d been getting treatment there for bipolar mental illness since September. Glad she’s able to start doing things peacefully now!
