Controversy just loves to surround Robert Griffin III.  Now according to a new report (“insider”), RG3 reportedly bragged to teammates about having influence over owner Dan Snyder and in that same report that there’s tension between him and his wide receivers. Redskins need to get all of this under control. It’s not a good look for anyone involved.

A report from The Washington Post‘s Sally Jenkins on Monday, Jan. 6 suggests RG3 has some more explaining to do.

In a column discussing Griffin’s influence and eventual relationship with the next Redskins head coach, Jenkins reports the 23-year-old passer “bragged to teammates that he could procure favors from the owner and influence the franchise’s direction.” On top of those jaw-dropping allegations from sources Jenkins calls “insiders,” the Post columnist reports Griffin was also involved in “fierce finger-pointing tensions with his wide receivers” over the course of the 2013 season.
