NYPD officers hit a Ford Explorer parked on Watkins Street in Brownsville while Robert Jackson was sitting inside of it. NYPD cops Christopher Oliver and Shazad Shigri falsely arrested Robert Jackson for destruction of city property. Both officers would have gotten away with a bizarre lie had the accident not been caught by a surveillance camera.
