After three seasons, VH1 is breaking up with “Singles Ladies.” The show concludes its third season March 24th, and will not be coming back for a fourth.

In a statement made by VH1, “We’ve been proud to deliver three seasons of the drama, romance and style that engaged viewers in each episode of ‘Single Ladies.’”

They continued by stating, “Although we’ve decided not to move forward with another season, we hope to work again with the talented cast, creatives and producers as well as our partners at Flavor Unit Entertainment in the near future. We also thank the show’s fans for their support since the premiere in 2011.”

Single Ladies is produced by Queen Latifah’s production company, Flavor Unit Entertainment, and is about a group of female friends and their relationships living in Atlanta.

The show debuted in May 2011 as a two-hour TV movie starring LisaRaye McCoy-Misick, Charity Shea and Denise Vasi. Stacey Dash starred on the first season of Single Ladies, as well as Kassandra Clementi.

News of the cancellation comes as VH1 orders for new series “Hindsight” and a series based on the movie “Drumline.” VH1 still aires scripted series, “Hit the Floor.”
