There was a lot of confusion earlier today when Donovan McNabb’s mug shot was released, but there was no details on why he was arrested. Well the details have finally come out. Hit the jump to see what happened…

Donovan McNabb served ONE DAY in an Arizona jail Wednesday stemming from a DUI arrest back in January.
According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, McNabb was pulled over in Maricopa County on December 15, 2013 for doing 81 in a 65 in his 2010 Grey Land Rover at 3:08 AM.
During the stop, cops determined McNabb was under the influence and arrested him for DUI.
Law enforcement tells us … McNabb struck a plea deal with prosecutors in which he pled guilty to DUI on March 27 and in exchange he was ordered to serve 1 day in jail.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio says McNabb was booked in the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Detention facility on Wednesday April 16th, 2014 … and served 1 day in county jail.
